Our Insurance Claims Process

If you're visiting our website then there's a good chance you are in the process of making an insurance claim or require help making one.

1. Get In Contact


The first step is to get in contact with ourselves. It is best to do this as soon as you spot the damage and before your contact your policy provider.


Doing this ensures we can evaluate the damage and provide you with an accurate estimation of your insurance claim.


2. Visit


The second step of our process is to visit your home or property and assess the damage. We aim to do this within 24 hours of you making contact with us.


Regardless of where you are based in Northern Ireland, we will be able to assist you. Alongside assessing the damage, we will also review your policy cover to ensure that you have the correct type of cover.


3. Report & Settlement


At this stage of the process, we take care of everything. We will report your claim to your policy provider and negotiate your settlement. During this stage, we will remain in contact with you and keep you updated on every development.

Once you are happy with the settlement amount we will then settle the claim and your insurance claim will be complete.


Vulnerable Person Procedure


As mentioned above we know how stressful and difficult it is to make an insurance claim. It can be even more so if you are in ill health or living alone. That is why we have developed our Vulnerable Person Procedure.


Some of the things we can do are:

- Taking our time to ensure you understand each step as we move through the claim process

- We can conduct a video call rather than attend in person

- If you want someone to be at home with you when we visit, we can arrange a time around you
