Making a claim can be difficult, especially when you are of ill health or living alone. That's where our policy for vulnerable people comes in.

We will support you every step of the way and adhere to your needs throughout the entire process - just ask!

Some of the things we can do are:

- Taking our time to ensure you understand each step as we move through the claim process
- We can conduct a video call rather than attend in person
- If you want someone to be at home with you when we visit, we can arrange a time around you

Through all of this, we will not rush you or make any assumptions. We will be as clear as possible with our communication and listen to your needs.

We will spend the time required to make this process as simple and as stress free as possible.
